Passed with a level of Distinction this is a comprehensive life coaching course covering all the relevant National Occupational Standards.
The course covers Personal coaching, basic counselling, Gestalt counselling, psychodynamic theory, humanistic theory, cognitive behavioural theory and essential counselling skills.
Specific issues such as anger, stress, weight control, smoking cessation, emotional issues, faith issues and group/couples work are all discussed in detail. Relaxation, visualisation and autogenic techniques are also included

Level 5 Qualification in Restorative Justice
The Royal Greenwich Level 5 Restorative Approaches course is accredited by the University of Greenwich. The course consists of an initial facilitator training programme and then nine months of independent study, practice and support.
The course involves the completion of a portfolio that includes:
1. a learning log
2. three essays
3. evidence of attendance at practitioner network support meetings
4. work based case studies and direct observation of practice
5. evidence of meeting a 5th National Occupational Standard - ‘Promotion of Restorative Practice’
